Daily Rates Include

First class accommodation and gourmet dining. Highly qualified professional hunters. Services of camp staff, skinners and trackers. All field preparation of the trophies. Daily laundry. All land transport during the contracted period of the hunt. All soft drinks, wine, malt and alcoholic beverages if used in moderation.

Daily Rates Exclude

All accommodation before and after the contracted safari. Pickup and return to Airport. All International, National and charter flights. All firearm and ammunition rentals. All trophy fees. All shipping and dipping of the trophies (Taxidermy and export). All personal expenses such as curios, gifts, gratuities to staff, etc.

Terms of Business: A deposit of 30% of the total daily rate is required to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to retain the deposit should the safari be cancelled 8 months prior to arrival date. All other costs and trophy fees are payable on the completion of the hunt. A 14% government tax is payable on daily rates only.

Payment only by travelers cheques, cash or cashiers cheques is accepted. A personal cheque will only be accepted if arrangements have been made with Intrepid Safaris.

Please note: All animals killed, wounded or lost carry the full trophy fee. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Availability is subjective to confirmation.

Liability: Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the clients safety, no responsibility can be accepted for any illness, accident or loss. Clients are therefore required to sign an indemnity form before commencement of the safari.

Medical Requirements: The clients personal medication must be brought with him on Safari. If required, hospitals and doctors are usually within 80 miles or two hours travel from the hunting areas. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Intrepid Safaris Africa of his or her medical condition, allergies and preferences. Hunters are advised to take anti-malaria medication when going to malaria areas (please consult your local doctor).
